Project Challenges
Team administration is spread across chat, spreadsheets and memory, and the cost only shows up when someone has to answer a question about last month.
A system that records a team only works if the team can bear using it.
- Adoption is the feature – The records are only true if everyone keeps them, which sets the bar on how little effort the product may ask for.
- Every team differs – Roles, approvals and working patterns vary, so the model has to be configurable without becoming a form builder.
- History matters – The useful questions are retrospective, so records have to stay accurate after the fact.

We designed the daily interactions to be near-free and let the reporting fall out of them, rather than asking people to file reports.
