Both. The work differs in scale rather than kind, and smaller businesses often see faster movement because there is less existing process to work around.

Against numbers you agree to before we begin, which are usually revenue or qualified pipeline rather than traffic. If a metric would not change a decision, we do not report on it.

Yes. The published plans are starting points; most engagements end up somewhere between two of them.

Yes, effective from the next billing period. Downgrades take effect at the same point rather than mid-cycle.

No setup fee. Third-party costs such as ad spend or paid tooling are billed at cost and itemised separately, never marked up.

For larger scopes, yes. If the published tiers do not fit, the conversation usually starts with what you are trying to reach rather than what you want to spend.

Card and bank transfer. Annual plans can be invoiced on standard net terms.

What you send us through the contact form, and standard analytics about how the site is used. We do not buy data about you from anyone else.

To reply to you, and to run the engagement if you become a client. Nothing you send through the contact form is used for advertising.
