Project Challenges
Small companies outgrow spreadsheets long before they can justify enterprise software, and the gap between the two is where the manual work lives.
On a system this broad, the hard decisions are about scope.
- Scope discipline – An ERP will absorb every request it is offered, so deciding what it does not do is most of the design work.
- Migration from spreadsheets – Existing data is inconsistent, which makes importing it a product problem rather than a one-off script.
- Roles and access – Once one system holds everything, who can see what stops being an afterthought.
What we built
We modelled the processes as they actually run rather than as the documentation describes them, and shipped modules in the order the business felt the pain.
